Lyn & Lissa Holly, Elder
(Lead Pastor)

Lyn Holly is the Calvary Baptist Church Lead Pastor, providing leadership since December, 2016. He holds a B.S. in Sociology from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, and Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Lyn has previously served as Pastor of five different churches in Texas over the past 30 years. He has been preaching the Gospel of Jesus and serving in the ministry since 1980.

Lyn has also led mission teams, preached the Gospel, and trained pastors in Mexico, Zimbabwe, and Nicaragua.

Lyn married his wife and partner in ministry, Lissa, in 1983. They have four children and seven grandchildren. Lyn enjoys hobbies such as golf, tennis, and racquetball. Lyn is passionately committed to presenting Jesus, The Chain-Breaker, to every person in south Bonham.
